Advancing Mental Health Awareness and Support

Uses slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness to enhance well-being. It reduces stress, improves physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, pain management, sleep, energy, and social connection.Our Partnerships and Programs division is dedicated to advancing mental health awareness and support through innovative initiatives. We collaborate with schools to implement comprehensive mental health awareness programs and develop individualized self-care and mental health strategies for hospitals and nursing homes, integrating a holistic mind-body wellness approach. Additionally, we support refugees through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) in partnership with Medavie Blue Cross. Our objective is to create customized programs that promote mental well-being across diverse settings, ensuring comprehensive access to essential care for all.
